spring love

I have been working on some drawings for a picture I've been asked to create, of a lovely boy and his beautiful lady. They are pretty handsome. I am (mostly) enjoying the challenge of being true to real-life faces. And am excited to have free reign over the medium the final work will be in. I think watercolour. With some ballpoint too.

Spring is officially here in my garden! I have been impatiently waiting to find our what these bulbs are and I am really happy to see their little yellow faces emerge. Cute!
