new "beautiful" paintings

Okay, don't laugh. I have only just discovered that one can, in fact, upload more than one image at a time to a blog post. Pretty stoked right now. Today has been a day of mildly foolish discoveries.

So anyway, here are some finished! paintings of things to do with girls and being beautiful and feeling unbeautiful sometimes... and other things that relate. Enjoy :)

Helen, the works are beautiful and wistful. I get the feeling when I look at them that the viewer can see the beauty of the young women, but they aren't so sure.

Helen!! These are absolutely gorgeous....I love the depth behind your work...it amazes me every time. I'm having a *feeling all frumpy and cold day* sitting in my big blue dressing gown. *ugh*. But these paintings are beautiful, yooooou are beautiful xoxoxoxoxo

I also like how the word verification I have to write is "fangwal"...it's kinda like fantail, but it's ugly brother.
