I got this bird book last week for really cheap from a second hand bookshop... it's kinda dated but the pictures are still beautiful. I was drawing birds this morning...




And then this wee guy came and cartwheeled around my garden. This is the only shot I got cos he was WAY too quick!

And here's how this one is coming along. I think some unpicking may need to happen in places. And I also think I need to not look at it for a wee while. I shall work on my happy girl instead.
